CONTEXT

The client is a provider of limousine taxi services in the US. The requirement was to build a complete taxi reservation and service fulfillmentsystem to consolidate bookings, along with providing rate quotes and services information online.

SOLUTION

Baryons created a portal for the client to meet the objectives of the project. The website was built over a content management system to allow administrators to modify content and information on the website. An online quote feature was provided to give rate quotes for the taxi rides, and a booking and fulfillment workflow was provided to consolidate bookings and fulfill them. End users could maintain their profiles and accounts over the website and view their booking history, receipts and current reservations.
