CASE STUDY Brightpath Richmond Daycare 5275 Richmond Rd SW, Calgary Client - Akela Construction Ltd Project Duration - February - June 2017 Project Details In addition to providing the building envelope and metal siding for Brightpath Richmond Daycare, Epic Roofing & Exteriors Commercial used Torch-on 2 ply modified bituminous for the flat roofing of the building. This project took lots of coordination amongst all the materials and installation methods used. We had a full time site supervisor managing all the trades and made sure all the materials were available for a successful and timely delivery for Akela Construction. Materials used: James Hardie Panel, easy Trim, 4” -7” z-girts and 4” of insulation, strapping, and Soprema 1100 AVB SA (Self-Adhered), Cultured Stone, Metal Siding, Torch On 2 ply modified bituminous roofing.
