To encourage the audience to watch ‘Wallace and Gromit: Curse of the Were-Rabbit’ during autumn half term

Target Audience

• Originally produced in 1989 with the movie release in 2005 bringing a variety of ages to see the film

• Pressing the red button on the sky remote would lead you to the sky gamestar where children could play a game encouraging them to see the film

• Competitions and prizes for both the children and adults to enter

• Children are into the characters and merchandise while the adults would understand the comedy better such as the dog fight with dogs

The press is a good way of promoting this film because many people read the news paper and 20% of these who read it are young people and teenagers. this method could be an alternative to the TV ads.

TV adverts are the best and most effective way of advertising a product, especially during a certain ad slot sometimes between programs that the target market may watch. this would make sure that the target market is watching and looking at the ad.
