About the case study……
According to us, it is a case of Sexual Harassment happened outside the
organization. Hence, cannot do much in this case as it do not comes in the authority of
organization. This same situation can happen with anyone at
anywhere at any point of time so one must try to solve it personally by using own
intelligence.
