RecommendationsWe need to be operated as a self autonomous body of imparting

knowledge. So that we could be able to decide the matters on our own self without any sort of external threat and un unnecessary interference from higher education commission.

The appointment of competent and experienced teachers as permanent staff members is highly required. The university is supposed to sign a bond with them and provide them all the incentives to retain/hold them for longer time period. More would be the experience of the staff members in the university, more would they be better align with the vision, mission and objectives of the organization and more would be the sense of loyalty and commitment towards achieving the organizational objectives.

Since, the private sector universities in our country are charging more than the public sector (the public sector have the government subsidies to cover up with their expenses) , therefore most of the students get attracted to the public sector even if their quality is sub standard as compared to the private sector. What our competitors are doing is that they offer different sort of scholarships and incentives to the students on merit and need based. As a result, the competent student, if doesn’t stopped by the financial constraints join such universities and work hard. Ultimately they serve as a valuable asset of the university. We need to learn from this strategy.

ConclusionAccording to the SWOT analysis of Abasyn

University, shows that its developing day by day. To change the weaknesses to the strength and to change the opportunism to the practical implementation should be the main aim to boost up in the region. First step is to identification or pin pointing the areas of deficiencies and then strategizing in tackling the weakness by proving the remedy for the problem. That’s how, we could achieve our objectives.
