First Merit Bank was shopping their landscaping service in April of 2015. Approximately 300 locations were open for bid. We used the RFP System to source and bid on all 300 locations in two weeks. Unfortunately our bid was unsuccessful.

First Merit was sufficiently impressed however to offer us the job of cleaning the windows and carpets for all of their locations in Michigan. Logistically this was a difficult request. It was also a cost challenge, as windows and carpets are a low cost item and the request was for one time service.

First Merit distributed work orders for each location, where we would have preferred one purchase order for each service to cover all locations.
