Project Approach

1. Assessment to understand client’s needs and overall scope of work.

4. Site inspections, verify critical dimensions and review typical layouts.

requirements and vision. WGS Designers collaborate and consult with brokerage firms, end users, A/D firms, general

Shown above is Stratford University’s Virginia Beach location. WGS has also

furnished branches in Woodbridge, Newport News, Falls Church, Oakton, Baltimore,

and Alexandria. Leveraging our relationship with manufacturers to create a

standards program for the client, we negotiated both terms of product and special

pricing.

We worked with the client and their Project Management firm to coordinate

electrical, permitting, and more resulting in a smooth installation.

Brief:

As a Non-Profit, Share Our Strength had a firm budget and a mission in mind. In

collaboration with FOX Architects, the project management firm, and the customer,

WGS was able to stay within the tenant improvement budget and create a pleasant

and productive working environment for the customer.

Leveraging existing furniture in good condition and liquidation services, the budget

was able to be utilized in the most frugal and successful fashion.
