Medical History:
Healthy patient – no medical history
Non smoker,
Main Dental complaint:
Removable appliance - Denture

Clinical examination:
Patient came for consultation fully edentulous, wearing a denture. His wish is to restore masticatory function as soon as possible.
Diagnosis - Treatment Plan
After Clinical examination and detailed review of study models and CBCT, Treatment proposal was as follows:
bilateral sinus elevation:> 10 months, placement of 10 implants with immediate loading on the same day with the aid of Simplant Computer Guided Surgery.

Conclusions
Immediate loading in the maxilla following an earlier bilateral external sinus lift is a complex procedure.
Using CTCB and Simplant we can anticipate the outcome of the surgery, avoid complications, establish the length and diameter of implants before the surgery.
Simplant enabled both bone and prosthetic driven planning.
In one word our treatment is: Predictable
