A 3D model and full shop drawings were created in house for both the substructure and custom granite components. A full-scale structure was built, and all parts pre-assembled, at our overseas factory to ensure proper fit.

One of many outdoor fountain displays, this piece features a monumental granite Atlas

sculpture balancing an 8-foot stainless steel globe on his shoulders.

Proving the adhesion-strength of granite thin veneer slabs to a cement-based backer using latex-fortified thinset. Thinset applied in a way to allow drainage in the event water gets behind the veneer. Construction adhesive in the corners allows for possible movement by thermal expansion.

Once applied, the upper joint is filled to prevent moisture from working back behind the veneer in the event the soft-joints fail. Each piece is set with a rubber mallet to ensure proper adhesion.

These travertine columns are hollow and were split in half to hide 5” steel pipes. The

white marble wall fountain was “antiqued” to give it a warm aged look.

Granite is extremely durable and the most suitable material for fountains where freeze/thaw is an issue.

On two separate occasions, this was the day this fountain was finally turned off and drained for the season. This fountain has been allowed to freeze-up every year since it was installed 6 years ago - far exceeding the life expectancy of cast concrete fountains. No damage has ever occurred to this granite fountain.

This computer-generated 3D model, created in-house, was used to get the correct scale for the carved granite fountain in front of this residence. This process allows for easy visualization to scale a fountain up or down in size ensuring the fountain is a perfect fit.

A pair of 6-foot tall griffins supports this very custom fireplace mantel. The 11-foot wide mantel features a medieval jousting event including the owner and friends riding their horses to the event. The hood is accented by the family crest.
