To be eligible to win a prize, you must be a PCA member listed in the PCA membership database at the time of the drawing. Entries may not be assigned, transferred or sold either before or after the drawing. 8,500 entries will be sold for the Grand Prize. In addition, after initial 8,500 entries, another Grand Prize will be added for every additional 4,000 entries sold. The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of entries sold. All entries received by December 14, 2017 will be accepted into the raffle. 2. The price of each raffle entry is $50 US. No entry tickets will be sent to purchasers, however entries will be confirmed via email. There is no limit to the number of entries a member may purchase. 3. No person under the age of 18 may purchase a raffle entry or receive any prize. 4. An entry purchaser does not have to be present at the drawing to be eligible to win a prize. All payments for entries must be made in US funds. 6. The winner will be notified in person, via email or by certified mail, and the win- ner’s name will be announced on the PCA website, www.pca.org. 7. No raffle entries will be sold after December 14, 2017. Requests for entries received after December 14, 2017 will not be included in the drawing and will be returned. Entry requests will be subject to acceptance by PCA. 8. For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Porsche Club of America, P.O. Box 6400, Columbia, MD 21045, after January 31, 2018. 9. If fewer than 4,250 raffle entries are sold, PCA reserves the right in its absolute discretion to substitute one-half (50%) of the gross revenue from the entries sold as of the time of the entry deadline as the prize in lieu of the listed prizes. 10. The car being offered as a prize will be a US specification car and will be available for pick-up at a US located authorized Porsche dealership for ninety (90) days after notification. The winner will be responsible for all licensing, registration, taxes, fees, duties, insurance and other costs as well as transportation to and from the dealership. PCA specifically disclaims any and all express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, regarding the raffle car. 11. Unless prohibited by law, the winner may substitute a cash prize in the amount of $85,000 US in lieu of taking possession of the car and $25,000 Cash Prize. Any election to take the cash prize must be made within ninety (90) days after the drawing. 12. The winner is responsible for all applicable local, state and federal taxes including all sales, use, luxury and income taxes. All prizes will be subject to federal tax withholding of 25% or the then applicable rate in accordance with the requirements of Federal law. PCA will collect and submit the withholding on behalf of the winner prior to delivery of prize. 13. All requests for entries must be submitted on an official entry form which is available on the PCA website, www.pca.org, in “Porsche Panorama”, and contained in a PCA direct mail piece. Entry forms may be reproduced. All entry forms must be submitted by mail to PCA at P.O. Box 6400, Columbia, MD 21045 or via online at www.pca.org. 14. The winner will be selected at a random drawing from all eligible entries to be conducted at 9689 Gerwig Lane, Unit 4 c/d Columbia, MD 21046 the week of December 18th by a PCA employee whose decision shall be final and binding in all respects. The winning entry will be drawn from a container in which all eligible entry stubs purchased for the drawing will be mixed. Each entry stub will have an equal chance of being drawn. 15. This offer is void where prohibited by law. 16. PCA Employees and National Executive Council, persons living in the same households as employees and National Executive Council, immediate family members (spouses, children, siblings and parents) of employees and council members of PCA are not eligible to enter or to win prizes. 17.
