FinishingWith tapestry needle, sew raised center flower over Rnds 1 and 2 of doily, positioning petals of raised center flower between petals of Rnd 2.Block doily and starch lightly, if desired.Using photo as a guide, sew pearl heart buttons over 3-tr cls of Rnds 14 and 15.
