My husband Kel and I were drawn to the fantastic lifestyle and opportunities the oyster industry offered. We are now dedicated business owners who pride ourselves on growing quality oysters for people to enjoy.

Wonboyn Lake is situated between Nadgee Nature Reserve and Ben Boyd National Park, making it one of the most pristine growing areas on the NSW coastline. Our oysters are so good because they have been grown in clean waters in an environmentally sustainable manner using the best farm practices available. To us promoting environmental awareness is paramount to securing a bright future for oyster farming in Wonboyn Lake.

Our oysters are recognised for consistent condition and are best described as being creamy and sweet with a very mild after taste. We think the quality of our oysters reflects the beautiful surroundings in which they are grown!
