She has held leadership roles in several schools ranging from subject coordinator, Head of Key Stage 1 to deputy head with most of her experience gained in culturally diverse settings or in schools in challenging situations. Carol has a degree in Social Anthropology and has worked extensively with black and minority ethnic groups and is part of a national organisation supporting the education of Gypsy, Roma, Travellers.
