My goal in remaining on the board and stepping into the new role is to continue to help drive the club to continue to build an environment that is focused on the athletes and continue to drive the values of Passion, Growth, Togetherness, Competition and Whole With my background in relationship building, teamwork, process creation and holding the line when needed, I believe that I can contribute ideas on how to build the confidence of families that are invested in making the club a positive, healthy and growing environment for our kids, how to streamline some of the current ways of doing things and really make this the culture we all want. I also feel that I represent multiple groups of people whether it is the parents of older and younger age groups, volunteers or the business side of things.
