Management Team Greg Johnston, President, CEO, & Director ª  Experienced technology professional with a track record of leadership

success within both large multi-national corporations and small start up technology ventures.

ª  Former Director of eCommerce Marketing for Global Hyatt Corporation, based in Chicago, Illinois where he was responsible for the management of all internet based marketing programs, online analytics and reporting. Mr. Johnston doubled traffic to all Hyatt branded sites, increased online revenue by 34% and launched a centrally managed global paid search campaign targeting 37 international markets in 8 languages.

ª  Former Principal at BDIRECT Online Communications, Director of Database & Loyalty Marketing for Choice Hotels Canada, and Vice President of Antarctica Digital Marketing, where he led the Operations Team functions and worked with all corporate stake holders, employees and clients to ensure project profitability. 

ª  Partner in and Head of Operations for Revenue Automation Incorporated which provides strategy, creative development and custom programming for Marketing Automation and CRM applications.

Jason Scharfe, Director  ª  Managing Director of Marsh Canada Limited, Marsh&McLennan's

(MMC:NYSE) risk advising and insurance broking arm of its four professional services firms. ‎Marsh Canada has 1,100 colleagues across the country in 14 offices and placed CDN$2.7bn of insurance premium into the global insurance marketplace in 2013. Jason is the Pacific Zone Leader (Vancouver) and is a member of Marsh's Canadian Executive Committee. 

ª  Jason is a director of Sora Capital, and is a former director of several other Canadian public companies such as Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation and Yankee Hat Minerals Inc.

Cale Thomas, CFO & Director  ª  Financial consultant who helps companies both public and private to

develop and maximize their potential, operationally, and provide access to private capital or public capital markets where appropriate.  

ª  Former financial analyst for Credential Financial and the Ethical Funds Company from 1999 - 2005, both of which are private companies primarily engaged in sales and administration of retail financial products.  

ª  Former Controller with Vancouver based Sweetwater Capital Corporation from 2006 – 2008; CFO & Director of Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation from 2008 – 2013; CFO of Yankee Hat Minerals Ltd. from 2007-2012; CFO of Worldwide Promotional Management Inc. from 2008 - 2009; and CFO of Supreme Resources Inc. in 2006.  Mr. Thomas also held a position as an advanced finance instructor at the University of Phoenix in Burnaby from 2005 - 2006.

ª  Mr. Thomas holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of Western Ontario, London, Ontario.

Brad Scharfe, Chairman and Director ª  Vancouver businessman who has been focused on venture capital

situations throughout his career and has successfully worked with multiple companies in the areas of capital requirements, public market concerns and personnel.  

ª  Previously a venture capital stock broker with Canaccord Capital Corporation for 12 years and earned Chairman’s Club status during this time. He holds a BA from the University of Toronto, with a major in Commerce and Economics.
