Poor hydration lasts for 36 hoursSelecting the right hydration pack Hydration is an essential part of fitness and wellbeing. Any dehydration is serious as it will take 24 to 36 hours to recover from the effects, and that’s considering that the fluids are replaced. Your body is 60-65% water, a 1% loss of water will begin to reduce your performance. From 2% on the body will no longer be able to regulate heat and there will be a loss of strength and general endurance. 3% dehydration reduces muscular endurance and increases physical and mental fatigue. At greater than 6% dehydration can lead to extreme health issues and even death. Caribee hydration packs have been developed to be utilised with outdoor, sports and in industry scenarios and all packs are supplied with a pre-installed reservoir ranging from 1.5L, 2L and 3L sizes.

The name fanny pack is derived from the fact that they were traditionally worn facing the rear above the buttocks, for which “fanny” is a slang term in the United States. Heat shield technology (HST)Heat Shield Technology employs a layer of specially developed silver non-woven lining into the construction of the Nordic Compact sleeping bags. P.U. coating Weather proofing of Caribee tents The water column test measures the level of PU coating, which is being used for making nylon and polyester tents waterproof, eg. 1000mm, means that there can be 1000mm water pressure per 1cm² on the tent fabric, before it starts leaking through. From 800mm on the material can really be called waterproof however it’s better to have a higher value, because there is a possibility that the coating wears out and the value decreases.

It’s use of quality components and innovative design allows quick and easy set up and pack up. The shelter’s large floor area and great shade protection provide enough shelter for large families to enjoy a day at the beach. The rear door allows an additional access point or can be used to assist ventilation on the beach. The UV Guardian’s material provides a UPF 50+ protection rating.

About JeffJeff is a big wave surfer and professional athlete specialising in paddle-in surfing the biggest waves in the world. Jeff travels the world at a moments notice to chase monster swells that develop on the weather map.

From giant ‘Cloudbreak’ in Fiji, monstrous ‘Jaws’ in Maui to deadly ‘Teahupoo’ in Tahiti, Jeff’s colours can be seen loud and clear. Jeff is best known for being part of a small group of the best big wave surfers in the world dedicated to paddle-in surfing and ditching jet ski assistance to tow into waves.

Jeff has a specialised year-round training program to prepare for riding gigantic waves which consist of a pool based breath training and gym weight resistance training.
