Cargowise EDI Report Tutorial Step 1 & 2 Go to Forwarding -> Reports (Not the Reports option under CFS/CTO) –> Shipment Profile Report

Cargowise EDI Report Tutorial Step 3 - On the Primary Filter Tab just fill in the boxes listed below Origin – AU Freight Direction – Export Only ETD – 010115 to 311215

Cargowise EDI Report Tutorial Step 4 - On the Configuration Management Tab (4th Tab)

The only columns required in the Column Configuration are below: • Consignor Postcode • Consignor State • Container Mode • Origin Country • FCL Container Count • FCL Container TEU • Direction • Load Port All the others can be removed.

Cargowise EDI Report Tutorial Step 5 & 6 Then press preview and it should open up a pdf file. In the top right hand corner there should be a button that says ‘Open in Excel’. Click on this to open the info in an Excel spreadsheet which is what we require
