TECHNICAL DATA SHEET Helicopter Rope Cargo Net – Model Brian Heli-Hardware Cargo Nets are made of high quality rope. They are designed for high-wear resistance and heavy loads in a rugged environment. CHARACTERISTICS AND SPECIFICATIONS • WORKING LOAD LIMITS: 2 TON – 7 TON (4.400 Lbs – 15.400 Lbs) • SAFETY FACTOR = 5:1, 4:1, 3:1 • NET CONFIGURATION: Square and Circular Shape • MATERIAL: POLYPROPYLENE / NYLON / POLYETHYLENE / DYNEEMA / All materials in high quality and high resistant synthetic rope • SYNTHETIC ROPE DIAMETERS: 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm, 16mm • STANDARD NET DIMENSIONS: 2mx2m, 3mx3m, 4mx4m, 5mx5m, 6mx6m (Other dimensions available upon request) • Rigging Hardware and Accessories according ASME B30 Standards, with certificate of compliance. The Cargo Net includes: THIELE ® Oblong Master Link (1 corner), THIELE ® Hooks (3 corners). Each rigging hardware is attached to the net corners with a web synthetic sling. • STAINLESS STEEL IDENTIFICATION TAG: Serial ID, Model/Net Configuration, Net Dimension, Working Load Limit (WLL), Safety Factor (S.F.), Net Rope Diameter, Net Rope Material, and Manufacture Date. NOTE: Break Strength Testing (to determinate WLL of the cargo Net) was done with a Testing Calibrated Machine that simulates a perfect static load.
