Education: A Whole of Workforce Framework Revised Education pages incorporating the Whole of Workforce framework developed by QUT’s Palliative Care Education & Training Collaborative makes it easier for health professionals to consider their education needs and find learning options. Check out the new Knowledge Translation module developed with the Centre for Research Excellence in End of Life Care. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Hub Coming Soon: This Hub will help to build cultural competence and understanding in the palliative care sector. CareSearch has developed two phone apps: • palliAGEDgp • palliAGEDnurse End-of-Life Essentials CareSearch is helping create the end-of-life elearning and implementation resources for doctors, nurses and allied health professionals working in acute hospitals. Advance A new resource for nurses in general practice to support the provision of palliative care and advance care planning in everyday general practice. IDEAL Resources that encourage facilitated case conferencing for people with advanced dementia have been made available through a website hosted by CareSearch.
