Summary of the case study There are two person in this case JIMMY

CALANO and JEFF SALZMAN Jimmy who left his job at the age of 24 and jeff at 28 He was start career track in 1982. He start his company in his bedroom that today has nearly $50 million in sales. About the company he conduct the seminar. They did organize 3000 seminar annualy in 400 cities.

Cont When they started the business they charged $40

per seminar and after that they started charging $45 per seminar. Jimmy said We give more values at one fourth price. They had more than 500 seminar themes existing in their firmss portfolio. There major private companies are IBM, AT&T AND GENTRAL MOTORS. And some gov. companies such as CIA and IRS. JEFF has works several jobs in sales.

Cont New themes emerged for corporate and govt. clients

such which helps to improve productivity , quality performance, creativity and office system development. Jimmy was working for a guy who did the Saturdaymorning-you-are- gonna- get rich seminar every Saturday. Every Saturday they collected a couple of 100 bucks from 20-30 eager people By this incident they inspire that any one could put on a seminar with attractive message.

assertiveness training was in colorado hotel. The main focus on working women on assertiveness and hopefully enough to buy tacos. Jimmy thinks:College student- need practical information. 2. Women need- promotion and there carrier. 3. Men need- stress management. 4. Today JIMMY and JEFF spend there time on two business activities first is mktg. research and second is development of career track training program.1.

ANSWER 1Opportunities of career track. 1. Increase in women employment. 2. Improvement in productivity, quality performance, creativity and office system development. Social and economic changes: 1. Collage student need practical information on writing resume and getting jobs. 2. Women still need promotion and assertive about their careers. 3. Men needs stress mangement.
