Age UK Norfolk’s Care Home Finder Service provides up to date information for people considering a move to a Care Home or for a Respite stay, or for those seeking Day Support Clubs or Pabulum Dementia Cafés.

The vacancy listing service is funded by Care Homes who pay an annual membership fee and become “Members”. Our Members provide details about their home and the services offered, and advise us of their current vacancies. Non-members have a basic listing and should be contacted for more information.

The known vacancies in care homes for older people are listed in alphabetical order according to the type of home and district in which they are located. To help individuals in locating the type of care they are seeking, categories are listed in the following order and advise whether the homes offer Dementia Care:
