A Note From Our Administrator

It is officially fall! This

month is going to be

filled with fun fall activi-

ties for residents, friends,

and families to enjoy!

You can find more infor-

mation on these through-

out the newsletter. The

support we have been getting at our events

from everyone is just heart warming. It is so

nice to see residents, family, friends, and our

staff coming together to socialize and have a

good time. Like I have said before if you ev-

er need information or would like to receive

more information on the services we offer,

please do not hesitate to come in or give us a

call. We are always open to give tours of the

facility so stop by sometime to see us!

Social Services

As fall starts to approach and the weather

becomes continuously cooler, now is a good

time to check to make sure your loved one

has the appropriate clothing. Now is a good

time to review with them what they may

need or not need anymore. If you are to

bring in anything new or take out anything

old please let social services or nursing

know! It is very important so we are able to

keep an accurate measure of items so

nothing goes missing.

We also offer tours of the facility and

Welcome Packets for those who might be

interested in learning more about our facility

or have someone who may need our services

now or in the future. Do not be afraid to stop

by anytime to acquire this information.

Make sure you also stop by for the events

we have open for the public. This is a great

time for family and friends to come

together!

BINGO NIGHT

Wednesday, October 16th

6:30 PM

Each game of bingo will cost a quarter

to play and we will play for an hour.

There will be popcorn and

refreshments provided!

Please join us for a fun filled evening!

Happenings in Activities!

The air is starting to get that brisk feel. Be-fore long it will be time for warm hot choco-late and cozy fires! I want to send everyone a huge thank you for helping with activities and our fund-raiser through the summer! I also need to thank everyone for being patient with me as I learn the ropes. I have so en-joyed getting to know your family members and doing activities with them. Their smiles are priceless!! There are lots of exciting things to come in the future, so stay tuned for updates! During the month of October, we are doing another fund raiser during Bingo. This time we are asking for winter clothing items (gently used or brand new) like mittens, hats, stocking, or coats. We are going to do-nate them to the school for kid’s that could use some extra warmth! Please come join for a game of Bingo. Keep warm and Bingo On!!
