Government ServicesAs an approved GSA provider, Cardno ATC has helped Contract Administrators, Contracting Officer Representatives, Directors of Public Works and Procurement Managers for over 25 years. We have a long history working for government agencies, and since we’re on the Environmental Services schedule, engaging our services saves you even more time. Our GSA contract allows any Federal agency to expedite contracting procedures by negotiating directly with Cardno ATC’s experts. Our qualifications, services, and rates are already pre-approved by the General Services Administration.

Environmental, Health and Safety TrainingWe deliver results-driven Environmental, Health & Safety training programs across the nation and around the world. The Environmental Institute (TEI), a division of Cardno ATC, began one of the nation’s first training and information programs for asbestos in 1988. Today, TEI continues to set the standard, with flexible pricing, courses available 24/7 and online and CD. Additionally, we offer the adaptability to run sessions from a client’s location. TEI also operates federal and state accredited training centers, located in Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, Vermont, Albany and New York City.

How it All BeganCardno ATC was founded in 1982 in Sioux Falls, SD as an analytical laboratory. The company’s initial services included water quality analysis, lake restoration and general analytical testing. Readily adapting to an evolving market, Cardno ATC began conducting asbestos analyses and air monitoring services, creating a new direction for the growing company. Driven by contractor and clients’ requests, Cardno ATC continued to expand its reach and opened several offices nationwide including New York City, Denver, Lincoln, Omaha, Detroit, St. Louis, Kansas City and Los Angeles. During the 1990s, our geographic influence and our ability to serve a diversified client base increased exponentially with the addition of more service lines. Cardno ATC also acquired more than 10 companies and 50 additional offices nationwide.

Today with more than 71 offices in 39 states, Cardno ATC generates more than $200 million in services annually and employs over 1,600 professional, technical and support personnel nationwide.
