CAR PARK SYSTEMS
For decades, modern cities and large developments are facing vast parking problems caused by the limited space availability in congested urban areas where parking of motor vehicles is timeconsuming and often expensive.
With population growth and the quick advance of technology, there is a big demand for innovative and sustainable solutions to the car parking problem – and that is where ALS comes.
ALS Logistic Solutions offers the full range of Car Park systems with different combinations ranging from Single Mechanical Lifting, Semi Automated, Multilevel Puzzle to Fully Automated Towers and Multi Story Robotic car parks.
ALS has identified the genuine necessity for this technology which could be provided at an affordable cost with our expertise in design, manufacturing,
commissioning and maintenance by well trained and dedicated technical staff.
ALS offers a full after-sales support to cover operations and facility management for a l l our customers’ car parking requirements.

Mechanical Car Park Systems
Operation methodologyThe MCPS is a mechanical hydraulic system with horizontal platforms and designed for
vertical stacking. Each system has the same footprint as one parking space, and could be used in facilities, where space is a premium requirement, such as offices, hotels and residences.
The operation is simple by push buttons/keys from a panel with easy access and close to the system.
Mechanical car park systems can be designed with or without a pit, and can be conveniently arranged for indoor or outdoor applications.

hotel apartments/office blocks
residential villas valet parking
MAINLY USED FOR
Dependent or independent parking
Low wear, proven hydraulic technology
High level of operational and functional safety (CE certified)
Low construction cost, can be fixed at given concrete floor and ideal for retrofitting

MAINLY USED FOR
Freestanding above ground structure
Independent parking
High level of operating and functional safety
Easy operation with transponder chips
Semi-Automated Car Park Systems
Operation methodologyThe SACPS is based on storing the cars by a combination of stacking and moving cars
closer together by a variable arrangement of parking grids beside one another. The system is used for stacking cars from 2 level up to a maximum of 6.All parking places can be selected and used independently by a user choice of the car slot
number on the keypad. The system can be designed to park the vehicles safely behind theft proof gates, which
can only be opened once the moving procedure has been completed and by authorized user.

MAINLY USED FOR
Well adaptable to individual project requirements
No costly illumination and ventilation necessary
System requires very small footprint area for every car park space
Fully Automated Car Park Systems
Operation methodologyThis automated system provides space by stacking cars side by side and above each
other in a rack storage arrangement. The car is driven into a car lift where it will be lowered or elevated to a storage level, and parked at a secure and safe place against theft and vandalism. The FACPS could be installed in either a dedicated steel structure or concrete building, depending on construction method.
User friendly car drop-off and pick-up station allowing unhindered access to the car doors. Cars are stored into the nearest empty slot, hence allowing faster access to new storage and retrieval of vehicles.
Safe for user and cars (no narrow ramps, dark stairs, no damage caused bytheft or vandalism)
