Survey Overview:
Capvest Wealth Management invited their clients to participate in an online Key Client Survey. An email invitation was sent to clients on 19th May 2014, which included a link to the survey.
The Key Client Survey for 2014 was closed on the 2nd June 2014.
Survey Methodology:
Various question types were used in order to ascertain Key Clients preferred methods for communication, social media usage and the importance of the various financial services which Capvest offers to their clients.
Individual responses will be kept confidential and the report findings are based on the collective feedback.
