• Scope of Work: New design high school designed for 3,000 students in LUZ 6B, Peek Rd./Stockdick School Rd., adjacent to Ventana Lakes development.

• Completion Date: August 2017
• Status: Approximately 80% complete and on schedule. Building is nearly fullydried in and finishes are underway. School has planned phase completion in May, June, and July; to better support summer HS activities.

needs.

• Start and Finish Dates: October 2015 – August 2017
• Status: Phases 6 (Special Ed hallway) complete and moved in during spring break. Phase 7 started at spring break in CTE shop area and Fine Arts rooms. Phase 8 will begin the summer for remodeling ofcafeteria, stage, and kitchen; along with new front drive and parking. Furniture replacement isscheduled to start in June.

• New Ag Shop to turn over prior to summer
• Comprehensive renovation work scheduled for this summer, including new front entry

on sidewalks, final grading around stadium. Field work is underway withturf going down this month. Exterior sheathing around press box isongoing. MEP trades are finalizing equipment installations and rough‐ins. Field house HVAC systems are running and working on floor finishes and casework. Above ceiling items are being punched out and finished.Ceiling tile will be installed within two weeks.
