GEOQUAL: Evaluation of the quality of georeferenced information on passport data.

ELC mapas: Creation of ecogeographical land characterization (ELC) maps and scenarios reflecting species adaptation for a country or region.

Representa: Analysis of eco-geographical representativeness of a species within a germplasm collection.

ECOGEO: Ecogeographical germplasm characterization by analyzing over a hundred variables.

DIV mapas: Mapping areas of high ecogeographical , phenotypical and/or genotypic variability, based on the determination of mean ecogeographic, phenotypic or genotypic distances.

ColNucleo: Development of core germplasm collections by applying proportional allocation strategies and based on ecogeographical land characterization maps.

FIGS_R: Selecting appropriate germplasm for specific crop breeders interests supported by ecogeographical information.
