Richardson’s crowning achieve-ment. Construction on the 145-year-old Richardson Olmsted Campus began in 1872 and opened in 1880 as the progressive Buffalo State Asylum for the Insane. POLICIES PAYMENTS & FEESBy State of New York Law, 8.75% New York Sales Tax is added to the cost of the function, including fees and charges. The customary 20% administrative fee will be added by Hotel Henry to all food and beverage charges. Payment shall be made at completion of the function unless credit has been satisfactorily established and accepted in writing by Hotel Henry. Organization shall be held liable for all losses sustained by Hotel Henry, and all deposit monies may be held to cover said losses.

SMOKINGHotel Henry is a 100% non-smoking property located within a National Historic Landmark building.

PETS & ANIMALSPets or animals are not permitted in the building, except as an approved exhibit, activity or pre-approved presentation legitimately requiring the use of animals, or as a “medical aid” pet. See your Event Manager for details.

PARKINGAny event with a final guest count of 50 or above will be required to have valet parking arranged by Hotel Henry for an additional fee. Bus parking is complimentary.

SHIPPING & STORAGEHotel Henry will accept advance shipments of meeting or conference materials within seven days prior to your event. Any requests for storage at Hotel Henry must be directed to your Event Manager.

ACCESSIBLE PARKINGThere are ADA accessible parking spots located in Hotel Henry’s north parking lot (Lot 1). This lot is accessible from the corner of Rockwell Road & Cleveland Circle.
