We recognize that it is our people who make the difference! Our team consists of over 50 travel professionals, with almost 1,000 YEARS of travel experience collectively. More than 75% of our team have earned a professional travel industry designation. We know that continued learning is critical in this ever changing world, it adds volumes to our strength. Our staff is constantly on the move; their first hand experiences are invaluable to aiding our clients. In addition to our Travel Experts, our Accounting Department and Internet Technology Department give us continual support.

DePrez Certified Convention Management

The DePrez Certified Convention Management division oversees the hotel reservation process for over 100,000 attendee’s annually. Events range from executive round tables for 20 to citywide conventions of 50,000. Services include selection of city and specific hotel’s as required to meet your needs, negotiation of contracts, producing exhibitions and speaker programs, administering housing and air blocks, as well as managing full service participant registration (via secure websites).

TTMI® – Travel Trax Market Intelligence was custom designed by our Convention staff and our in-house Internet Technology department. Early in the evolution of our Convention Division, we recognized the need to monitor our contracted rooms to be certain that our clients received the best hotel room rates available. At the inception of the housing process, our planner’s begin a rate research study which continues through the entire life of the meeting, therefore providing a complete summary at the conclusion of the meeting. Additionally, TTMI® is able to prepare destination dossier’s, where we will provide hotel recommendations that fit your needs. Finally, we conduct extensive research to help you make your city and site selection simple.

Our cruise counselors are recognized by CLIA - Cruise Lines International Association. Internet Technology Department

Our in-house Internet Technology department acts as support to all of our team members. Their extensive knowledge of web based programs and applications as well as their computer and network skills keeps DePrez strong. When you combine our travel knowledge with the skills of our Internet Technology Department you get innovative products such as TTMI® – Travel Trax Market Intelligence. TTMI® is our proprietary software that monitors and maintains hotel room rate integrity. They also keep the DePrez network and websites running smoothly and assist our team members with various projects and everyday challenges.    

Accounting Department

Our in-house accounting department supports not only our team members but also our clients!   With their expertise of Trams, our back office accounting system, their travel knowledge and their dedication to customer service, you are assured quality information.  We provide our clients with quarterly report packets as well as customized reports to help them manage their dollar spend.
