NWF believes that a sizable amount of cap and invest allowances should be set aside as dedicated funding to

protect and restore the natural resources that people and wildlife depend on, including freshwater ecosystems,

forest lands, and coastal ecosystems.

Congress for legislation that puts a cap on carbon pollution and invests in clean energy technologies.

• Leaders in both chambers of Congress have announced their support for moving climate and energy legislation in the coming months.

• The time for us to speak up for a clean energy future and dedicated wildlife funding is now!
