Timothy Hyde – Head of Finance and Investment –Timothy is a former member of the Sydney Stock Exchange and Partner of Ord Minnett. Extensive experience in Government and private enterprise funding.
Channing Dirckze – Channing has extensive experience in real estate and business planning , company structures and corporate governance.

Having been awarded an honours degree In architecture from UTS in Sydney, Stephen has been an active professional in real estate development for more than 30 years. Initially as a consulting architect Stephen has also run his own design and construction company.
From 1995, Stephen has been more closely involved in the business of real estate development as a development director;

Tim has more than 35 years’ experienceas a senior executive in the banking and
capital markets sector.
Timothy is a former director and partner of Ord Minnett Ltd and subsidiaries, and a member of the ASX.
He has worked in investment banking, funds management and stock broking roles with some of the world's household names including Legal and General, Westpac and ANZ.
A former advisor to the Commonwealth and various State Governments in Australia, on a variety of financing issues, he is an outstanding communicator at all levels and has worked in Asia extensively including the past 9 years in Vietnam.
In Vietnam he has been involved in a number of projects including real estate, the hospitality industry and assisting foreign organizations wishing to access Vietnam and the region to source products, services or investment opportunities.
