From a Pure Consulting firm to an Integrated EPC plus Consulting Enterprise
Canyon Consultancy Pvt Ltd (a renewable energy consulting firm) and Crux Power Pvt Ltd
(the renewable energy EPC arm of Canyon) were set up by the three professionals, who:-
hold the 100% shareholding in both entities
comprise the entire Board of Directors in both entities
hold Executive-roles, backed by team of employees
The two entities leverage on Group-Synergies, although they are owned Independent of each
other in terms of ownership structure (i.e. not as a Subsidiary structure)
