Bronchicine CAe is prepared from antigenic material extracted from the Bordetella bronchiseptica bacterium. An immunogenic strain of B. bronchiseptica is grown to a high yield, then subjected to a proprietary process which extracts the antigens from the B. bronchiseptica cells. The residual cell debris is then removed, resulting in a product which retains the desirable immunologic qualities of a whole cell bacterin, while helping reduce toxic and other undesirable side effects sometimes associated with whole cell bacterins. Bronchicine CAe is a killed cellular extract of the Bordetella bronchiseptica bacterium. SUPPLIED: 50 x 1-dose vials 5 x 10-dose tanks KEY BENEFITS: • Cellular antigen extract. An additional proprietary step during processing to remove extraneous proteins helps decrease vaccine reactivity. • Non-adjuvanted. • Convenient subcutaneous (SC) parenteral administration. • Supported by our Petcare Immunization Support Guarantee (ISG). PRECAUTIONS: Store at 35°−45° (2°−7°C). Prolonged exposure to higher temperatures may adversely affect potency. Do not freeze. Use entire contents when first opened. Transient local irritation at the site of injection, though rare, may occur subsequent to use of this product. As with many vaccines, anaphylaxis may occur after use. Initial antidote of epinephrine is recommended and should be followed with appropriate supportive therapy. For Veterinary Use Only. VANGUARD® crLyme USES:

Vanguard crLyme vaccine is licensed for the vaccination of healthy dogs 8 weeks of age or older against Borrelia burgdorferi. It is recommended for dogs that may be at risk for exposure to Ixodes spp. ticks which are the vector for B. burgdorferi.

While Lyme disease is recognized as endemic in certain areas of the U.S., such as the Northeast and Upper Midwest, it is also important to note that the prevalence of Lyme disease has been on the rise across the country for several years.*

Vanguard crLyme utilizes recombinant technology to help provide a targeted immune response to two immunologically relevant surface proteins, outer surface protein A (OspA) and outer surface protein C (OspC), on the B. burgdorferi bacteria. It is the first Lyme disease vaccine to address the extensive variability of the OspC protein as it contains antigenic material from 7 types of OspC integrated into a chimeric recombinant protein. The incorporation of the chimeric recombinant OspC protein allows for broad OspC coverage while leveraging the smooth, low-reactive benefit of recombinant technology.

SUPPLIED:

50 x 1-dose vials

VANGUARD® DM USES:

Vanguard DM is for vaccination of healthy puppies 6-12 weeks of age as an aid in preventing disease caused by canine distemper virus. It is specifically designed to help provide puppies with temporary protection from canine distemper regardless of maternal antibody levels. Heterotypic immunity should not be relied on for protection after 16 weeks of age.

A single 1 mL dose should be administered intramuscularly to healthy dogs between 6-12 weeks of age and followed by 1 dose of a vaccine containing canine distemper virus between 14-16 weeks of age.

SUPPLIED:

25 x 1-dose vials of vaccine

KEY BENEFITS:

• The measles virus fraction helps stimulate active cross-immunity against CD virus in puppies as young as 6 weeks of age regardless of levels of maternal antibodies that can interfere with active CD virus immunization.

• Supported by the Petcare Immunization Support Guarantee (ISG).

PRECAUTIONS:

1. Store at 35° to 45°F (2° to 7°C). Prolonged exposure to higher temperatures and/or direct sunlight may adversely affect potency. Do not freeze.

2. Use entire contents when first opened.3. Sterilized syringes and needles should be used

to administer this vaccine. Do not sterilize with chemicals because traces of disinfectant may inactivate the vaccine.

4. Burn containers and all unused contents.5. Contains gentamicin as preservative.6. Vaccination of pregnant dogs should be

avoided. 7. As with many vaccines, anaphylaxis may occur

after use. Initial antidote of epinephrine is recommended and should be followed with appropriate supportive therapy.

8. This product has been shown to be efficacious in healthy animals. A protective immune response may not be elicited if animals are incubating an infectious disease, are malnourished or parasitized, are stressed due to shipment or environmental conditions, are otherwise immunocompromised, or the vaccine is not administered in accordance with label directions.

VANGUARD® PLUS CPV USES:

Vanguard Plus CPV is licensed for vaccination of healthy dogs 6 weeks of age or older for the prevention of canine parvoviral enteritis caused by canine parvovirus (CPV). In addition, cross-protection against CPV type 2c has been demonstrated.

Vanguard Plus CPV is a high-titer, modified-live canine parvovirus (CPV) strain attenuated by low passage on an established canine cell line. The combination of high titer and low passage gives Vanguard Plus CPV the immunogenic properties capable of stimulating active immunity in the presence of maternal antibodies. Some puppies in the field may have higher levels of maternal antibodies than those evaluated in our pivotal efficacy study.

SUPPLIED:

50 x 1-dose vials

5 x 10-dose tanks

KEY BENEFITS:

• Inherently greater immunogenicity of a low-passage CPV produced at high titer can help stimulate active immunity in the presence of maternal antibodies. Serum neutralization titers as low as 1:4 have been shown to interfere with active immunization by conventional modified-live vaccines. Vanguard Plus CPV has been shown to successfully immunize dogs with pre-vaccination serum neutralization (SN) titers, some as high as 1:64.

• Customer-friendly packaging includes peel-off labels to make record-keeping faster and more accurate, a color-coded organizing system, and an easy-open safety band.

• Vanguard Plus CPV is supported by our Petcare Immunization Support Guarantee (ISG).

PRECAUTIONS:

1. Store at 35° to 45°F (2° to 7°C). Prolonged exposure to higher temperatures and/or direct sunlight may adversely affect potency. Do not freeze.

2. Use entire contents when first opened.

3. Sterilized syringes and needles should be used to administer this vaccine. Do not sterilize with chemicals because traces of disinfectant may inactivate the vaccine.

4. Burn containers and all unused contents.

5. Contains gentamicin and amphotericin B as preservatives.

6. Vaccination of pregnant dogs should be avoided.

7. As with many vaccines, anaphylaxis may occur after use. Initial antidote of epinephrine is recommended and should be followed with appropriate supportive therapy.

8. This product has been shown to be efficacious in healthy animals. This practical benefit may be attributed to the temperature-sensitive Felocell FIP vaccine strain, which replicates in the upper respiratory tract but does not spread systemically at 39°C, the cat’s body temperature.

PRECAUTIONS:Store at 35° to 45°F (2° to 7°C). Prolonged exposure to higher temperatures and/or direct sunlight may adversely affect potency. Do not freeze.Use entire contents when first opened.Burn containers and all unused contents.Droppers should be used to administer this vaccine. As with many vaccines, anaphylaxis may occur after use. Initial antidote of epinephrine is recommended and should be followed with appropriate supportive therapy. For veterinary use only.Technical inquiries should be directed to Zoetis Veterinary Services, 1-888-963-8471 (USA).

LEUKOCELL® 2 USES:

Leukocell 2 is a multiple viral antigen vaccine for vaccination of healthy cats 9 weeks of age or older as an aid in preventing persistent viremia, lymphoid tumors caused by feline leukemia virus (FeLV) and diseases associated with FeLV infection. SUPPLIED:

50 x 1-dose vials

KEY BENEFITS:

• Demonstrated efficacy in helping prevent persistent viremia, lymphoid tumors and FeLV-associated diseases.

• The only FeLV vaccine with the tumor-specific antigen FOCMA to aid in tumor protection.

• Prepared from a FeLV-transformed lymphoid cell line that releases soluble FeLV particles into cell culture medium, reducing the immunosuppressive effects of fully assembled, inactivated FeLV antigens.

• Leukocell 2 is supported by our Petcare Immunization Support Guarantee (ISG).

PRECAUTIONS:

Store at 35° to 45°F (2° to 7°C). Prolonged exposure to higher temperatures may adversely affect potency. Do not freeze.Use entire contents when first opened.Sterilized syringes and needles should be used to administer this vaccine.

CAUTIONS:Certain post-vaccination reactions may occur. Post-vaccination reactions have been observed in about 2% of vaccinated cats. These included stinging on injection, transient listlessness, depression, and brief temperature elevations. Hypersensitivity evidenced by myxedema and gastrointestinal distress (vomiting and bowel evacuation) occasionally has been reported. Although a diagnostic test for FeLV antigen is not required prior to vaccination with Leukocell 2, such a test may be beneficial in evaluating candidates for vaccination. Vaccination is of no known therapeutic value in cats with existing FeLV infection, nor will it alter the natural course of disease. As with many vaccines, anaphylaxis may occur after use. Initial antidote of epinephrine is recommended and should be followed with appropriate supportive therapy. This product has been shown to be efficacious in healthy animals. A protective immune response may not be elicited if animals are incubating an infectious disease, are malnouished or parasitized, are stressed due to shipment or environmental conditions, are otherwise immunocompromised, or the vaccine is not administered in accordance with label directions. For veterinary use only.Technical inquiries should be directed to Zoetis Veterinary Services, 1-888-963-8471 (USA).
