Separation between moderator and coolant. Replace pumped moderator cooling loop with passive
loop. Passive loop can be used under normal and accident
conditions. Key projects:
High Efficiency Channel (HEC) with internal insulation. Flashing-driven moderator cooling loop.

Allows the use of passive moderator cooling under normal and upset conditions.
