    DOCUMENTS/FEES: U.S. Citizens arerequired to carry a passport that is valid upto at least 6 months past our expected returndate. Please let us know if you are a citizenof any other country.     CANCELLATION, CHANGES ANDREFUNDS: After deposit, $500.00 perperson, 75-60 days before departure willbe charged $1,200.00 per person plus anyair fees. 59-30 days will be charged 50%,29-15 days will be charged 75%, 14 daysor less will be charged 100%. Should youfail to complete the cruise for any reasonthere are no refunds for unused features.     CANCELLATION AND MEDICAL INSURANCE: To protect yourself beforeand during your trip against cancellationcharges, medical emergencies and carrier default (carrier default goes into effect 30days after purchase), we offer group travelinsurance as described below. Coverageincludes trip cancellation up to the amount

    purchased, $30,000 emergency medical &dental, $100,000 emergency medicaltransportation, $1,000 baggage, $200

    baggage delay, $750 travel delay, 24 hour medical & travel assistance. A doctor mustcertify at a personal examination within72 hours of cancellation that you are

    unable to travel and a statement to thiseffect will be required for cancellationcoverage. The program WILL cover pre-existing conditions as long as the insuranceis purchased at the time of your firstdeposit. All medical benefits are defined to

    be in excess of any other group or government insurance you maintain. A$50.00 deductible is charged for outpatientdoctor visits. This is a brief description of coverage and a policy will be given to youwith your documents. All terms &conditions are explained in this policy and itis your responsibility to read and understandthe coverage you are purchasing. Other coverage desired can be purchased on anindividual basis. Insurance is non-transferable.
