EN TRACTO URINARIO SUPERIOR (UUT) , SE DEFINE COMO CUALQUIER TEJIDO NEOPLASICO QUE AFECTA LA LUZ DEL TRACTO URINARIO DESDE LOS CÁLICES HASTA EL URETER DISTAL.

Ureteroscopia + UIV o retrograda = 85 a 90% exactitud diagnóstica
