‘Electronic Prescription Cancellation Rejected’ task received

Rejection task because at least one of the batches in this ERD cannot be cancelled

Practice should call the pharmacy to advise them of cancellation and request they return script that

is ‘With Dispenser’ (i.e. in the pharmacy but not yet dispensed to the patient) to spine.

Pharmacy returns ‘Issue 1 of 6’ to spine. This allows the pending cancellation to be applied to the

item, and a subsequent cancellation task is received.

‘Electronic Prescription Cancelled Successfully’ task received – which can now be marked completed.

but pharmacy returned it (11:05), allowing the subsequent cancellation to be applied for the item

(11:05).
