We can supply seals that satisfy a diverse range of automotive applications, including: body; driveline; engine; steering and suspension; wheel-end; bearing; and doors and spoilers.

Pedal Pads

Pedal pads are a moulded rubber part that provides a vehicle pedal with extra grip and comfort. These parts can incorporate painted-on or over-moulded graphics into the pad. • Our pedal pads are manufactured from materials that are easily shaped to provide traction

and resist wear and tear • We produce pads for both new vehicle programs and after-market applications

Isolators and Dampers

Isolators and acoustic dampeners are used to reduce the amount of audible vibration within a vehicle interior. They can be made from many different materials and the profile of each damper is application-specific. • Frequently made of felt, cork, or rubber • Parts range from specific 3D parts to sheeting

Anti-Vibration Pads

Anti-vibration pads isolate shocks and dampen vibrations from moving parts and equipment. Anti-vibration pads supplied by CRGI are fashioned from materials that resist compression set, aging, and fluids. Our pads can be kiss cut and supplied on rolls for ease of installation.

Plenum Plugs

Plenum plugs allow for the evacuation or drainage of enclosures or chambers. Our plenum plugs are precision fabricated to provide a high-quality seal and maximum water drainage throughout their life cycle.

Grommets

A grommet is a ring inserted in a hole made through metal or other material. Grommets provide protection to objects, such as wires or cables, which pass through such openings. They are typically flared or collared to keep them in place, and may be fashioned from a variety of materials, including rubber or plastic.

Cuffs

A cuff is essentially a tube or sleeve with a flange on one end. Cuffs allow for quick changes to a system on the one end while still having a secure fitting on the other end. Because cuffs are often used in hostile environments, they may be fabricated from materials that are resistant to abrasion, solvents, and oils.

We recognize that vehicle manufacturers count on continuously running assembly lines and the prompt delivery of Just-In-Time (JIT) inventory quantities. No matter which level of the automotive supply chain we work with, CRGI always strives to ensure the reliable supply of high-quality products. Specific services we can provide to our Automotive/OEM customers include the following: Program Management CRGI can manage the parts provision for specific programs, from business award, through program launch, to program service. Our team ensures that program launch is complete on time, on budget, and that all customer requirements are met. Throughout the life cycle of a program, we ensure the reliable supply of parts, manage all sources of supply, support product improvements and the introduction of design changes, and provide feasibility improvements to the customer. For new programs, we can participate in program costing and provide supplier performance information to the purchasing group. Global Logistics Management In order to keep manufacturing plants running efficiently, component parts need to be delivered in sequence and at the desired time. In conjunction with our customers, we have developed our processes and operations, supported by our in-house IT systems, to fully optimize and manage these complex flows Inventory Warehouse Management to Support JIT CRGI can deliver or inventory your parts, either on demand or according to releases. In order to ensure the integrity of supply, we maintain inventory buffers at critical points in our supply chain. With our over-25 years’ experience in supplying the automotive industry, we have the processes in place to ensure that deliveries are made on time, every time. EDI and Bar Coding Our supply chain and manufacturing process is fully integrated to support the sharing of data through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). This allows us to respond rapidly to customer requests and changes. In addition, through the bar coding of product shipments, we provide our customers with fast and accurate product and inventory information. Support for 2D/3D CAD Drawing and PPAP We offer assistance and support for math data, 2D/3D CAD drawing, Production Parts Approval Process (PPAP), and IMDS submissions. Rubber parts and components for the automotive industry sometimes involve complex geometries with varying material thicknesses and inserts. In these cases, CRGI can assist customers with the preparation of the necessary CAD drawings.
