• Sauteed Fiddleheads are are called fiddleheads because they look like the coiled end of a violin, or a fiddle

• Maple syrup is a very large topping in Canada, and many families enjoy visiting a “sugar shack” in winter to watch the syrup being boiled in to maple syrup
