HOW TO MAKE IT:
HOW MUCH TO USE:
1. Prepare Soup Customizer™ according to package directions. CCP: Heat to 165°F for one minute, and hold for hot service at 160°F.
2. Prepare the garnish ingredients. Keep each type of food in separate pans or bowls until bowls are pre-assembled. CCP: Hold at 41°F until bowls are assembled.
3. Refer to the charts below to assemble each bowl. Use tongs to gently toss all of the ingredients in the bowl together. Place a lid on each bowl. CCP: Hold at 41°F until
bowls are served. Use 16 oz bowls.
4. To serve: Remove the lid from the bowl. Ladle the hot soup over the contents of the bowl. Replace lid on the bowl. Serve immediately.
