DOCTORATE IN LEADERSHIP STUDIES (PhD)

From theory to strategy. From business psychology to organizational

development. From executive management, to education, analysis,

and development. Our interdisciplinary PhD in Leadership Studies

prepares you to define your own leadership philosophy, preparing

you to become an established leader within the public, private, and

non-profit sectors.

DOCTORATE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (DBA)

Lead the next generation into the global business arena. Offer

unique expertise. Be a dynamic business leader, expert consultant,

or trusted educator. With a DBA from CSML, you can develop

expertise through experience in advanced statistics, data-driven

business intelligence, cross-cultural management, collaborative

research, and interdisciplinary approaches. Continuing CSML’s trend

in innovative leadership, we are now offering the DBA entirely online.

MASTER’S IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (MBA)

In the MBA program you’ll find a balance of coursework, network

development, and hands-on experience to prepare you to lead the

business world and make a positive impact.Tailor your program

to meet your goals with concentrations in Corporate Finance,

Marketing and Digital Trends, Information and Technology

Management, and Management and Leadership. CSML also offers

an MBA specialization in hospitality management through the Vatel

Institute of Hospitality and Management at CSML.

The MBA program offers two tracks:

• The Professional MBA track is designed for students

without business leadership experience. Courses are offered

on-campus in the evenings and will include three professional

practicum courses.

• The Practical Training MBA track is ideal for working

professionals focused on career advancement. Courses include

practical training throughout the program and students attend

on-campus classes one weekend a month.

CSML degree programs are

accredited by the Accreditation

Council for Business Schools and

Programs (ACBSP).

MASTER’S IN DATA ANALYTICS (MS)

Data is the fastest-growing business resource, and

organizations need individuals who can mine meaningful,

actionable knowledge and insights from it. Coursework in

statistical modeling, critical thinking, in-depth analysis,

forecasting, and operational problem-solving prepare you to

be the mind that can master the machine. This program is

offered on campus and online.

MASTER’S IN HEALTHCARE ANALYTICS (MS)

Students of our Master of Science in Healthcare Analytics

will learn to navigate one of the vital behind-the-scenes

professions in the world of healthcare and learn the

information systems that help run the 21st Century world of

medicine. This program will enable you to process, secure,

manage, and mine data for actionable insights that drive

better decisions at the administrative and patient care levels

in hospitals, clinics, care centers, and more.

MASTER’S IN INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY (MSIST)

The MS in Information Systems and Technology (MSIST)

program is a graduate program that focuses on the

design, analysis, and applications of information systems

and the technology behind them with the goal of solving

business problems. Instruction incorporates the principles

of computing systems and hardware and software

components, including networking, cybersecurity, databases,

telecommunications, and human interface design.

Alliant is the place where I learned so many practical

research skills which I had not even dreamed of.

Professors built a confidence in me which allowed me

Bachelor’s Degree Programs

BACHELOR’S IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (BS)

Arm yourself with the tools you will need to adapt and

lead on the ever-shifting field of business. With courses in

business principles, management technology, information

systems, organizational dynamics, and critical thinking,

you will be prepared to navigate the complexities of the

workplace. Tailor your program to meet your interests

with concentrations in Accounting and Finance, Digital

Marketing, Hospitality Management, Information Systems

and Technology Management, and Internet of Things (IoT).

BACHELOR’S IN HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT (BS)

The Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management

is an intensive and innovative degree program that

fosters a strong foundation in hotel management,

leadership, operations, and entrepreneurship. Through

our partnership with Vatel Institute of Hospitality and

Management, students who are interested in a good

academic foundation and practical experience in the

hospitality industry will get it through this on-ground

degree program. Students acquire a spectrum of

knowledge and skills in hospitality management ranging

from understanding food and beverage and guest service

operations, to learning how to analyze a profit and loss,

roll out a marketing strategy, organize a commercial

event, and recruit a talented workforce.

BACHELOR’S IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT (BS)

Effective project management requires you to be both a

critical and relational thinker, as you collaborate closely

with teams of individuals and solve complex problems.

As a Registered Education Provider (REP) of the

Project Management Institute®, CSML’s Project

Management program focuses on the tenets outlined

by the Project Management Institute®. You’ll develop

action-oriented skills for budgeting, developing

timelines, managing teams, engaging stakeholders,

and troubleshooting problems.

BACHELOR’S IN INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY (BSIST)

The Bachelor’s in Information Systems and Technology

(BSIST) program provides a broad-based introduction

to the concepts, methods, and tools used by systems

analysts, systems engineers, programmers, and

systems administrators. Over the course of the

program students will explore the cutting-edge

technologies and systems and develop the knowledge,

skills, and experiences needed in today’s information-

intensive work environments.

Certificate Programs Certificate programs consist of three 8-week courses

that are each worth three credits (or 9 in total). These

are, in effect, an entire semester of school, but with

a deep focus on the skills that really matter to you.

Students may transfer credit from 2 completed courses

to specific Alliant business degree programs. Please see

CYBERSECURITY

As cybercrime continues to increase in frequency,

the need for cybersecurity professionals in this

challenging field has become more important than

ever. In this certificate program, students will study

the fundamentals of cybersecurity, learn to identify

computer and network vulnerabilities, find ways to

manage and mitigate the risks cybercrime poses, and

explore the very latest in network defense, intrusion

detection, and prevention techniques.

DATA ANALYTICSOrganizations increasingly rely on data to make strategic

decisions, and individuals skilled in data analytics are

in demand. This certificate is designed to help students

better understand, visualize and interpret data using

statistical and scientific methods for data analysis. The

course explores the use of automated machine learning,

and methods for collecting, analyzing and interpreting

data to reveal valuable insights and opportunities.

DATA MANAGEMENTBusinesses are beginning to realize the value of the

data they collect and are looking for professional

insight in managing that data. With a certificate in

data management, students will develop expertise in

maintaining databases and in analyzing and interpreting

data to provide solutions for modern businesses. With

this certificate students will use modern tools to find

insights and opportunities hidden within data.

E-BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

Arm yourself with the tools you will need to

adapt and lead on the ever-shifting field of

business. With courses in business principles,

management technology, information systems,

organizational dynamics, and critical thinking,

you will be prepared to navigate the complexities

of the workplace.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

The Graduate Certificate in Financial Management

offered through CSML will help prepare you for a

meaningful job in a corporation, bank, or financial

institution by enhancing your financial and

accounting knowledge and analytical skills. This

three-course program will have you more ready

than ever to make your mark on not just your

business, but the whole business world.

HEALTHCARE ANALYTICS

Healthcare organizations increasingly rely on

professionals for data-driven decision making

to help them strategically organize and analyze

medical information. Our fully-online Healthcare

Analytics Certificate Program provides the

knowledge and skills to improve healthcare

through the use of innovative and essential

techniques that enable the delivery of efficient and

quality healthcare analytics.

This certificate program will teach students to

select, prepare, analyze, interpret, evaluate and

present health data related to health system

performance and effectiveness, along with

improving their problem-solving skills and their

ability to lead in making data-driven decisions.

INTERNET OF THINGSThe Internet of Things, or IoT, where devices are

connected wirelessly to the Internet, is creating

vast amounts of data and is transforming the way

we live, work, and play. This certificate prepares

students to recognize the business opportunities

of IoT, identify the components of IoT devices,

understand how to connect and read sensor data,

and secure and monitor a network of IoT devices.

TECHNOLOGY
