This means California is now home to more than 50,000 CIDs statewide! This growth is no surprise, as millions of Californians are able to enjoy more affordable home ownership, life enhancing amenities, and a sense of community through CID living. The increase in associations also means the need for qualified, professional community managers remains strong. CACM is proud to offer programs designed to prepare California community managers for their critical roles in the CID industry.
