This deceptively simple technique results in surprisingly complicated looking quilt designs. All of the diamond designs are based on half-square triangles, so there are no fussy bias edges and all of the quilt assembly is done with straight-line sewing! Debbie’s instructions are written in an easy-to-follow style, with cutting, layout and piecing diagrams to ensure success. Now beginning and experienced quilters can make beautiful old-style quilts, such as Lone Star and Carpenter’s Star & Hunter’s Star with confidence and achieve striking results.
