Calibro Test flow

Calibro consists of following menus:

User Management: The purpose of User management is to create user, roles, departments, and give

the permissions for accessing the application to the users.

Masters: The purpose of Masters is to create Modules, topics, answer type, difficulty level and manage

topics/module (mapping modules and topics).

Assessment management: The purpose of Assessment management is to select module, status, report,

role etc (here mappings are done with respect to assessment name, code, difficulty level, module,

reports and roles).

Question management: The purpose of Question management is to upload questions, manage

questions and answers by selecting the module (can edit, view and delete).

Reports: The purpose of reports is to view the assessment report of the users.

Testing flow to be carried in Calibro:

1) Check whether the given build is eligible for testing or not.

2) Check whether the tester can enter the valid login credentials and able to access the application &the homepage of the application is displayed or not.

3) Go to User management ----> Department (create department by clicking on Add new and enterdepartment name and description) click on save.

4) Go to User management ----> roles (create role by clicking on Add new and enter Role name,description and check the necessary departments in the scroll bar) click on save.

5) Go to User management ----> users (create new user by entering all the mandatory fields and map

the department and role for the respective user) click on save.

6) Go to User management ----> Permissions (select the department and role, click on view and In

assessment management check the take test check box) click on update.

Note: One department can be given to different roles.

7) Create a default excel sheet with the following columns

Question type name

Timer

Difficulty name

Child name
