Primary laboratory
In our electrical primary laboratory, we
calibrate high-quality standards in the
electrical LF measuring technique.
Our reference standards are calibrated
directly at the national institutes (PTB,
METAS) and are used for the tracea-
bility of your reference standards. Our
measuring uncertainties are some of the
smallest of all DAkkS laboratories.
LF laboratory
In our LF laboratory we calibrate all
standard measuring equipment with very
small measuring uncertainties. For this
purpose, we have various measuring
stations with Fluke calibrators as
references at our disposal. A HV mea-
suring station completes the LF calibra-
tions.
HF laboratory
In our accredited laboratories as well as
on location, we calibrate HF devices up
to 50 GHz. Furthermore, Testo Industrial
Services has a special EMC measuring
station. Automated procedures, expe-
rienced and qualified experts ensure a
secure and accurate calibration of your
devices.
Calibration of measuring modules
We calibrate various types of measuring
modules and measuring cards of any
manufacturer.

Surfacetemperature
Surface temperature probes, respec-
tively sensors - either with contact or
non-contact are calibrated at various
measuring stations. The accredited
calibration station for surface tempera-
ture sets new standards for the calibrati-
on of surface temperature probes.
Temperature
Select the appropriate calibration points
for the operating range of your devices
within the measuring range of -196 up
to +1200 °C. All electronic temperature
measuring devices, resistance thermo-
meters and thermal elements are calibra-
ted either in the salt bath, liquid bath or
in the tube furnace with a natrium heat
pipe.
Primary laboratorytemperature
In our primary laboratory, we can calibra-
te devices with the smallest measuring
uncertainties. At eight fixed points of the
ITS-90, standard resistance thermometer
and fixed point cells are calibrated.
Humidity
In the humidity laboratory, the world-
wide highest accuracies of 0,2 % can be
achieved in our 2-pressure humidity ge-
nerator. Measuring range from 5-95 %RH
(-18 ... +90 °C).

Torque measuring station
We can calibrate all common torque
wrenches, torque screw drivers and
torque sensors at our torque measuring
station.
The measuring range of the force
equipment is from 0,1 up to 1000 Nm
with a measuring uncertainty of 0,5 %.
Pressure laboratory
One of the most accurate and reliable
industrial calibration methods is the
pressure calibration with a pressure balan-
ce. Therefore Testo Industrial Services use
pressure balances of different types/model
within the range of -1 up to 1100 bar as
reference standards. The entire measuring
range of our pressure laboratory is from
-1 up to 5000 bar.
Calibration range:
Forcemeasuring station
All common force devices and load cells
(in which the force is determined by
the elastic deformation of a body) can
be calibrated at our calibration station.
The measuring station has a measuring
range up to 50 kN with a measuring
uncertainty of 0, 1 %.
Acceleration
Monoaxial as well as triaxial acceleration
sensors can be calibrated at our
calibration equipment station in the
range from 0,2 ... 20.000 Hz.

Calibration laboratoryfor flow meters
Flow ratecalibrators
Four piston calibrators are installed for
the calibration of your flow meter de-
vices for liquids.
The unique construction of the different
calibrators enables measurements from
different kind of liquids in a wide range
from <0,8 ml/min up to 1.200 l/min.
Measured by a fluid pressure up to
12 bar and a standard temperature of
approximately 20°C.
Test benchlaminar flow element
The test bench enables the calibration of
flow meters for air and inert gases. The
capillaries inside the individual elements
provide a laminar flow of an otherwise
turbulent flow rate.
The measuring range of the test bench
extends about a flow rate from 1 ml/min
– 1000 l/min (Normal range).
Test bench critical nozzles
A total of ten pneumatic actuated critical
venturis are installed in the test bench
for gas flow meters.
Thereby the calibration is feasible in a
wide range from very small flow rates
(5 l/min)* up to very high flow rates
(18.000 l/min)*.

Velocity/ Volume flow
The velocity probes (various types) are
calibrated in two special developed wind
tunnels up to 68 m/s. Furthermore,
volume flow devices can be calibrated
up to 2000 m3/h.

ISO certificate or DAkkS certificate?
ISO certificate (work certificate)
Since 1987, the QS systems of industrial companies and meanwhile also the systems
of service providers, banks, insurance companies, retailers, hospitals etc. are being
certified. In addition, there are further branch-specific laws, standards and regulations
in the pharmaceutical industry (CFR, GMP), in the food sector (HACCP), in the medical
technology (ISO 13485) and in the automotive sector (VDA, QS9000, ISO TS 16949).
For all these regulations and standards, the calibration is absolutely essential.
The ISO certificates (work certificates) from Testo Industrial Services are the low-
cost alternatives to the DAkkS calibration certificates. They meet the requirements of:

• ISO 10012-2003 • ISO 13485 • GMP
• ISO 9001:2008 • ISO TS 16949
The result of a calibration and all essential information is documented in a calibration certificate. Basically one differentiates between
DAkkS certificates and ISO certificates (Work certifcates).
DAkkS certificate
DAkkS GmbH (Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle /German Accreditation Body) is atte-
sting that accredited calibration and test laboratories are calibrating according to EN
ISO/IEC 17025. The obtained measuring results in these laboratories have the highest
level of reliability and are binding in court! Through international agreements and the
world-wide valid accreditation DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025, the calibrations are internatio-
nally recognized and valid.
For all users of measuring devices, which requires a high level of security, accuracy
and reliability, the DAkkS certificate is the perfect solution. Often DAkkS calibrations
