Please Look Over the Check Out Procedure for Trunk or Treat

Below: All classes will walk back to their classroom with their teacher. If you wish to sign them out, you must go to the classroom and sign them out with their teacher. Once you have signed your child out, you will receive a ticket. This is your ticket to exit the building with your child. If you have 2 children, you will have 2 exit tickets and so on. You will not need to sign out at the front desk. This will be the only way to sign students out early. Below is the schedule for Trunk or Treat 1:30 - PreK 3 and PreK 4 1:50 - Kinder (1:50-2:10) 1:55 - 1st (1:55 - 2:15) 2:00 - 2nd (2:00 - 2:20) 2:10 - 3rd (2:10 - 2:30) 2:20 - 4th (2:20 - 2:40) 2:30 - 5th (2:30 - 2:50) 2:40 - 6th and 7th (2:40 - 3:00) ***These times are approximate, the plan is to have the parking lot cleared out by 3:05 p.m.

Rosary

We are currently meeting in the "cry room" for rosary.

Thank you to those that were able to join parents last week before school Mass to pray the

Rosary. Below are the dates that parents will meet to pray before Mass for the rest of the

school year.

Red Ribbon Week We have had a fantastic first Red Ribbon Week. We even had an all red

lunch today!

CPR Volunteer Needed We are looking for a volunteer that could teach our 7th graders CPR. If you are interested please contact Mr. Dolce. Thank you!

Invoices

Monthly reminder invoices were sent out on Monday. Please check your email, review the

balance due, and email us at [email protected] if you have any questions.

Reminders: payments are due on Nov. 1st and late fees will be added for any payments not

received by Nov. 5. Please be sure to include the student’s name on the bottom of your check.

Thank you to all Library guest readers for October

The kids enjoyed hearing a number of fall themed books in the library. A huge thanks goes

out to all of the volunteers who so generously gave of their time and talent in order to come in

and share a story with our students. The kids had fun! Our next monthly guest reader week

will be November 15th and 16th. If you would like to come read to the kiddos, this is your

chance! Parents, family members, and friends are invited to come in to the library to read one

This week Mrs. Howell received the floating Chalice. The

students will pray for vocations all week.

HELP WANTED! We are in need of Altar Servers for the All School Mass on Wednesday and Parish Masses on the weekends and Holy Days. It is a great way for young people to be involved in the Mass and learn about the Liturgy and participate in service at Christ the Redeemer.

Qualifications are: Youth in at least 5th Grade Have Been Baptized Received First Communion Attend Mass Weekly

There will be an Altar Server Formation (training) on the following days: Saturday, October 29th from 10:30 to 12:30 in the church Sunday, December 4th from 1:00 to 3:00 in the church Sunday, January 22nd from 1:00 to 3:00 in the church New servers have to attend two formations. A Cardinal’s Christmas This luncheon provides a unique opportunity for families to strengthen their faith during the Christmas season while helping children and families who are in need within our community. The most memorable part of the event is when all the children gather on stage to listen to a special story shared by His Eminence Daniel Cardinal DiNardo about the true meaning of Christmas.

Chorus Redemptoris Rehearsal Schedule: October 31 - November 4

● Sunday, Oct. 30 (10am Rehearsal in the Parish Office Rm 111) for the 11am Mass. ● Tuesday, Nov. 1 (Rehearsal 7:15am)- All Saints Mass is at 9am ● Wednesday, Oct. 26 (Rehearsal 7:15am)- No School Mass ● Thursday, Oct. 27 (Rehearsal 7:15am)

Chorus Redemptoris Notes & Events ● For now on, I will no longer be allowed to prop the Church door open in the morning.

Instead, I will leave the door unlock. ● Sunday School Mass on Sunday, Oct. 30.

○ We will sing with the Choristers under the direction of Bridget Wenk. ○ We will meet in room 111 in the Parish Office Building at 10:00am. Please wear the

dressed uniform (dresses for the ladies, and ties for the gentlemen). ○ You may drop them off in the rehearsal room, and then reserve your seat in the

Church for the 11am mass. ○ PLEASE RSVP so we know how many chairs to set up in the Church!
