NOTE: E. Deni se Caldon , Administrative Assistant in the Office of the President for fifteen yearsat Middle Georgia State College (formerly Macon State College), was terminated on 28 September2008, just nine days following her submission to President D avid Bell on 15 September 2008 of herobjections to filling out the President’s official Leave Reports . See note and charts of Leave timenot reported below. The fact that E. Deni se Caldon had voiced her concerns about falsifying thePresident’s official Leave Reports for years ( confi rmed in sealed Depositi on of L evy Youman, VPfor Fiscal Affairs ) and further requests to cross ethical, fiscal and criminal lines were notinvestigated or kept sealed from public fiew in Discovery documents by Attorney General SamOlens. Governor Nathan Deal has been apprised of the malfeasance for years.
