Campus and faculty retain academic control of program Academic program participation is voluntary Campuses are responsible for the review, modification, and approval of
course/program requirements, curriculum, and coursework materials. All Faculty are paid either the Special Sessions Faculty Pay Schedule or
other basis according to the current collective bargaining agreement within the self-support unit of the campus
Course/Program cancellation is the joint responsibility of Cal State Online and the campus.– Individual instructors cannot cancel a course/program. – Once a course/program has begun, it is the mutual obligation of the
campus and Cal State Online to insure that every student who begins a course/program can complete their educational requirements.
