How to Register

STEP 1

Fill out the application form and send it to the Secretariat by e-mail.

STEP 2

The Secretariat will check your application and send an invoice with the bank account information. Transfer 50% of

participation fee within a week from the invoice issuance.

STEP 3

Complete the payment for remaining 50% of participation

fee by 31st Jan. 2017.

Article 1) TERMS OF REFERENCEIn these terms and conditions for exhibiting, the term "Exhibitor" shall include all employees, partnership, firm or individual to whom space has been

allocated for the purpose of exhibiting. The term "Organizer" shall mean, "EXPORUM Inc." in Vietnam including "Vietnam Intl Cafe Show 2017 Secretariat

or Management". The term "Exhibition" shall mean "Vietnam Intl Cafe Show 2017".

Article 2) ALLOCATION OF EXHIBIT SPACEThe exhibition space will be allocated based on the order of application, the payment completion and the exhibition categories. Such changes shall be

at the discretion of the Organizer. The Exhibitor shall not claim for compensation as a consequence. The Organizer shall reserve the right to change the

space allocated to the Exhibitor at any time prior to the commencement of the build-up of the exhibition should the circumstances require changes.

Article 3) APPLICATION AND PAYMENT PROCEDURESAfter the contract is signed it shall be established and put into effect. The total payment should be completed no later than the deadline, 31st January,

2017. Upon payment, Exhibitors will be provided full range of participation services and benefits as outlined by the Organizer. However, the Exhibitor

may receive a disadvantage regarding booth allocation and various services offered by the Organizer if the full participation fee is not paid.

Article 4) CANCELLATION & PENALTY ON THE REDUCTION OF TOTAL NUMBER OF BOOTHSOnce the application and contract has been submitted, the cancellation space will require a written notification sent to the Organizer right after making

the decision. The Exhibitor who decided to cancel participation or reduce the total number of booth will follow the penalty below. The payment should
