Stanlay cable installation product solutions are based on flexirod composite fiberglass rods, which are produced using highly sophisticated technology based on world class materials in an ISO 9001 - 2000 quality facility.

The core fiberglass rods are coated with very specialized plastic compounds resulting in composite rods with the following properties and benefits :• Highly resistant to bending & shearing stress allows passing through tight bends.• Small radius of curvature allows passing through tight bends.• Low coefficient of friction & heat resistance allows the rod to travel longer distances and operate in harsh environments.• Specialized Plastic coating used is abrasion resistant and results in extreme durability.• Flexirods are non conductive and therefore safe for the operator.

The Cabletiger Maxi Duct Rodder is ideal for installation of optical fiber telecom cables in buried/underground HDPE ducts up to 300 meters in metro and congested city environments. For Route Tracing Of Buried Smaller Dia Pipes

The MTRAK is a midi traceable rodder for tracing route of buried/underground smaller diameter metallic & non metallic pipes (eg. - 20mm dia pipes or higher) such as Buried Telecom & Plumbing Pipes.

The MTRAK is based on a 5.5mm composite fiberglass rod with 3x0.5mm tracer copper wires. The midi traceable duct rodder contains an all new slip ring design provided in a galvanized metal tube frame to enable usage of either of the copper tracer wires on an independent basis with the option to use two wires simultaneously. The base of the traceable rodder contains a terminal box that provides 2 individual terminal connections to the 2 inbuilt copper tracer wires of the traceable duct rodder.

After inserting the traceable rod into the pipe which is to be route traced, apply signal from the direct connection lead of a transmitter to a single terminal and connect the other lead of the transmitter to an earth stake which then excites the full length of the rodder to enable trace the buried pipe. If the output from the transmitter is applied to both terminals (direct connection lead attached to one terminal & earth lead to the other terminal) , the front leading tip of the rodder will be energized & will act very much like a sonde allowing the operator to localize the tip of the rodder & in turn any blockage points in the pipe. Use any Digital Pipe & cable locating receiver from above ground to trace the route of the Pipe.

The CTRAK is a maxi traceable rodder for tracing route of buried/underground non metallic telecom HDPE ducts or plastic pipes of 36 mm dia or higher. Ideal for maintenance of outside plant buried telecom optical fiber duct networks.

The CTRAK is based on a sturdy composite rod of 9mm dia with a built in 1mm copper wire that is rigid yet flexible enough to guide into non metallic HDPE ducts/plastic pipes and metal pipes up to lengths of 300 meters.

The base of the frame contains a terminal box that provides a connection to the inbuilt copper tracer wire of the duct rod. After inserting the traceable rod into the duct which is to be route traced, apply signal from the direct connection lead of a transmitter to the terminal and connect the other lead of the transmitter to an earth stake, which then excites the full length of the rodder to enable trace the buried pipe. Use any Digital Pipe & cable locating receiver to trace the route of the buried pipe.

STEP 1 :Insert rod into manhole and push into buried non metallic pipe/duct which is to be route traced.

Step 2 :The terminal box of the CTRAK provides the connection to the

inbuilt copper trace wire of the duct rodder.

Step 3 :Apply signal from direct connection lead of the transmitter with any suitable frequency such as 16/33/64 /65/133 KHz etc to the terminal & connect the second lead from transmitter to the earth stake to energize the full length of the traceable duct rodder.

Step 4 :Trace route & depth of buried pipe

with precision using any digital or analog receiver.
